Our Courier service is a 24hr service which is only available for the UK mainland. - Courier service is for next working day on orders before 12pm. If you are not in at the time of delivery or the couriers have attempted delivery we will not be responsible for this, and the item would then be delivered the next working day.

How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day.
We can ship most products to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are certain restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We use different courier companies depending on the weight of your order and the type of delivery service you have requested.
We currently use Royal Mail for orders within the United Kingdom for lighter items and UK Mail for larger and heavier orders.

For your online purchases, we will accept unworn items in their original condition for a refund if received back within 30 days of you receiving the item. When returning your item, please open a returns request via email and return with your completed returns form enclosed. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund which usually takes between 3-7 working days – we can only refund postage costs as per Consumer Contract Regulations or for items which are faulty or incorrect -in this case, you must inform us prior to returning the item and we will provide a pre-paid postage label to return the item. The items are your responsibility until they reach our store. We aim to process all refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item back to our Returns Department. Exchanges: If you would like an exchange, you should NOT open a returns request as currently eBay does not have the facility to exchange rather that refund the item. When requesting an exchange please send the item to us at the address below please ensure you enclose a note stating what you would like to return the item for otherwise we will assume your order is cancelled and will refund the full amount to you via PayPal. We will only refund the delivery charge if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect and agreed PRIOR to returning the item to us. If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We can only reimburse postage/delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong item. If we have made a mistake, please contact us via messages so we can sort out the problem immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the item is used and simply unsuitable or does not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
FAULTY ITEMS: You will be required to enclose proof of purchase and a covering letter with details on why you believe there is a fault. Please also include your name, address and a daytime contact number. Assessments can take a maximum of 15 working days but are usually much faster than this. Should a fault be found, a refund/exchange will be offered and postage costs will be refunded also.
INTERNATIONAL POST: Please note if unwanted items are returned we will only refund you the cost of the item and not the postage. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn, used or washed, as this would render the item as used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
